The UNC Charlotte MACC Program works with the University Career Center (http://www.career.uncc.edu/ ) to provide career guidance to students. The University Career Center maintains numerous resources to assist students in employment searches, including job postings and recruiting schedules.
Networking opportunities through the Belk College of Business are offered throughout the year. UNC Charlotte MACC students are recruited by employers in both public and corporate accounting. The list of public accounting firms includes a number of local/regional and national firms, including the Big Four.
At present, all formal corporate recruiting is coordinated through the Career Center. Students can also benefit from a variety of services and workshops designed to build skills in resume writing, interviewing and networking.
